Rosewood from Madagascar was for many years the go to Rosewood substitute for Brazilian Rosewood. As of 2013 Madagascan Rosewood has come under CITES restrictions and new material has not been available since then. We were lucky enough to buy a large quantity long before then and is classified as “Pre CITES”.
Needless to say these sets are very rare and very likely won’t be available at all in years to come
This set is well aged, dried and acclimatised to Australian conditions.
